Freivio uses account, business, verification and transport workflow information to operate its controlled B2B pilot, administer membership and protect the integrity of the network.

Information processed

This may include member contact details, company records, insurance evidence, vehicle information, load and quotation details, job messages, delivery evidence and payment-status records.

Recruitment and demonstrations

Public recruitment forms collect your contact and business details, operating area, vehicle information, preferences and any notes you choose to provide. Demonstration requests also record your preferred date, time window and meeting method. These details are used to review your application, arrange a conversation and respond to your request. They are available only to authorised recruitment staff and are not published as member profiles or used to enrol you in marketing. Request records also include limited security information to prevent duplicate or abusive submissions. Please do not send payment details or sensitive identity evidence through these forms.

Why it is used

Information is used to provide the service, verify businesses, manage transport workflows, maintain audit records, respond to support matters and improve the pilot.

Access and retention

Access is limited according to account role and transaction participation. Information is retained only for operational, legal, security and evaluation purposes appropriate to the pilot.

Your questions

Participants may raise privacy or data-correction requests through their Freivio pilot contact. A full reviewed privacy policy will be issued before general commercial launch.

Optional Google services

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager connections are prepared for this website. They remain inactive until the business account is connected. Once enabled, a Google privacy panel lets you accept or reject analytics and advertising separately. Google tags are blocked until you agree to an optional category. Essential website and sign-in functions work without agreeing.

With analytics permission, Google may receive public page categories, visits, form starts, successful enquiries and contact-click types. Google also processes technical connection information and may use browser identifiers and cookies. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, form answers, quotation references or private account pages as analytics events. Query strings and fragments are omitted from the page addresses we send. Advertising use remains subject to its separate choice and the configured account settings.
